Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Peak PTT®, we stand behind the quality of our professional communication equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your hardware in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Request a Return Authorization

    Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

  • 2.
    Prepare Your Package

    Securely pack the electronics in their original packaging, including all antennas, batteries, chargers, and manuals.

  • 3.
    Affix Label and Ship

    Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated service center using a tracked carrier.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
